![]() My Transylvania soloing build has literally every single percentage damage boost one can stack. Personally I went Blade/Assault Rifle Frenzy/Afflict early on, then went up Chaos to pick up Breakdown, swapped my actives over to Chaos once I'd got there in order to be more efficient about benefiting from Weaken, then went careering up Fists - initially for Bloodsport, but then for Ferocity, because with that much in Assault Rifle, Fists and Chaos I could transition to a Burst/Weaken build. I mean, Afflict is nice, but it's not 'one passive adds 30% to your damage / subtracts 30% from incoming damage' nice. ![]() I basically don't rate any build for soloing unless it applies Weakened (specifically Exposed or Debilitated or ideally both) - Weaken is the game's strongest debuff by a country mile. If you're using Blades or Hammers at all ever it is very, very, very worthwhile (once you've picked up your initial 60AP build) heading up Chaos to pick up the 9AP skill 'Breakdown', which applies Weaken. Your second weapon can be anything at all - everything benefits from penetration buffs. Use sudden return to increase your dps when you penetrate Use immortal spirit to give yourself a self heal when you penetrate Use dark potency and/or iron maiden to buff your penetration (blood passives) Weaken your enemies with breakdown (chaos passive that increases damage received)Ĭonsume blade resources with clearing the path (high penetration chance vs afflicted targets) The basis of a standard blade soloing build is afflictions and penetrating hits.Īfflict with blade torrent & perfect storm (later: any frenzy with shoot em up, or any ability with bloodsport) ![]() If you have blue or purple gear, a single HP talisman is helpful.Īll stats are subject to diminishing returns if you concentrate too much on a single stat, however this isn't significant until you're in QL10.x purples.Īs for easy solo builds, I'd agree with the others that blade/X is strong and easy to use. The small amount of HP is enough HP when you're in green gear. With green talismans, the HP talismans include a small amount of attack rating and the attack/heal talismans include a small amount of HP. Talismans come in three varieties for each slot: HP, attack rating, and heal rating The other tip is don't equip (much) HP, and concentrate on offensive glyphs when soloing. ![]()
